This was the nicest stay I’ve had on my Camino, beautiful gardens and a lovely swimming pool to refresh tired legs and feet. The whole family make you feel so welcome and there is dinner from locally sourced food and some delicious local wines. If you get a chance I definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is a hidden gem. From the moment you drive up the estate, you are completely taken in by the beauty of the surroundings - the vineyards around you and the amazing architecture. The buildings have been beautifully restored and the design is impeccable. It was so amazing just sitting in the courtyard under beautiful tree, having a tasty meal and sipping on the house rose while watching the kids pick oranges from the orange trees or chase the robot lawnmower :) The service was outstanding. Thank you to Cristina for making our stay so wonderful and for leaving us a basket of food to take with us on our 4am departure. The service was so personal. Even the owner and his daughter were there multiple days welcoming guests and giving tours of the property - which my architect husband was super excited about. The nice surprise was that they were super kid friendly - my 2 year old and 4 year old loved staying at this hotel!

Loved the scenic winding drive to the Penede church. Amazing stay and beautiful area.

With city views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The country house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Fantastic house, in a super quiet location. We went for a MTB event nearby, but used the free time to hike in the vicinity. Amazing. Loads of trails nearby, and the place itself is incredible. Everything is new and the home has been refurbished with quality in mind. Fantastic beds, great breakfast included, what else do you need?

Free private parking is available on site. Everything!!! The location, very central for visiting North Portugal, very quiet place in the nature close by a small rivier. Breakfast was very good and complete and Tanja was very lovely. The bed was very good, we slept so good, no backpain 😉. A nice pool and restaurant in walking distance. And big compliments to Rui, the host. . He is so friendly and helpfull. We really felt us home ❤️
