Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms are clean. Best highlight for the kids was that they get to feed alpacas.
A very good location close to the main square and only a couple of minutes walk to the main ruins. I liked that choices of breakfast and the fact that it was next door in the cafe where you could look onto the street. The location is away from the traffic so it's nice and quiet. Also the staff were super helpful and advised us about our hiking plans.
It's such a beautiful and peaceful haven, I felt very well cared for by everyone, and the breakfast was very good. It's a short walk from the centre, and out of the hub, quiet. The room was tastefully decorated, and the bed super comfortable, with clean crisp white sheets and plenty of blankets.

Huge bed, hot water, amazing breakfast and quiet location. If you want an affordable but amazing place to stay a night or two in town, this is the place. It’s a small walk from the main square, but worth it for how peaceful it is.
This place is awesome a must stay if you are in Urubamba … there so much space and it’s so peaceful and luxurious plus the staff and food are exceptional

This place is amazing!! If you are looking for relaxation, and to recharge, this is THE place to do it. The grounds, the staff, the setting, all perfection. They will help you with anything you ask... Taxi's, tuk tuks, box lunches, pizza delivery! Nothing is too much. Rooms are spectacular, bedding and beds exceptional. And the place is so quiet and peaceful. Fantastic stay!
