Outdoor dining is also possible at the country house. The location is beautiful and the owners are super friendly. The cabin is surprisingly warm and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I have to travel to the same location for work again in a month's time and will likely re-book this cottage for my little family and I.

Danny and Mable are the most welcoming, kind, helpful hosts we have encountered on our trip around New Zealand. The accommodation is superb and breakfasts were awesome. We had a fantastic time and were sorry to move on from this beautiful country paradise.

It really was a home away from home. This home is in a beautiful location, amongst a gorgeous garden with a pool view and quiet peaceful surroundings . The home is well furnished and thoughtfully decorated. The home was immaculate in cleanliness. Amazing hosts
Beautiful location, the room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good, it was lovely to eat overlooking the lake. It was peaceful and quiet.

Very clean , the amenities were of top quality . Such a georgeous setting ,peaceful tranquility,private and secluded. Loved the little extras like scub puff in the bathroom , Continental breakfast delights . Having a washing machine and drier meant I could go home with fresh, clean clothes . Will definitely be back. Also loved meeting the little friendly dog who came to greet me. Luxurious comfort.

This luxuriously appointed self contained 1 bedroom unit was just what the Dr ordered. My fave features were the outdoor AND large indoor baths set amongst beautiful gardens & a peaceful quiet setting. The convenience & added bonus of a cheese plate & homemade musli & fruit saved rushing in the morning to get breakfast. We had only a short stay but can not wait to return. Highly recommended.
