Such a well landscaped and maintained yard with toys and similar activities for children. The accommodation was great also without any complaints and surely if given the opportunity we would come again.

Great property with beautiful design! It has everything you need for short and long stay. It is located in a quiet area, but walking distance to the beaches and restaurants in Nikiti. There is cleaning every 3 days if you need it. The owners are really helpful and kind. They even left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us as a compliment.

Mrs. Stella and her family were extremely helpful with everything. The room is large and spacious. Balcony is big. Clean towels and clean sheets. Everything was perfect. Thanks again :)

Charming family guest house in calm and lovely place (calm as I was there before season). Owners do not speak English but even though they can perfectly comunicate :) Contact in English is possiblie with owners' daughter who contacted me with all booking details as soon as reservation was confirmed.

The place is best for a families with kids. There is nice garden around a house. Klimataria beach is really close and perfect for small kids. The host is very friendly and ready to help with any questions. We enjoyed our stay at "River rooms kriaritsi" a lot.

Featuring a terrace, Olivia Estate Villa with Private Swimming Pool is a villa, situated in Elia. The property boasts views of the sea and is situated between Nikiti and the cosmopolitan Neos... The house is clean and well maintained. Not all rooms have private bathrooms, but there are additional common bathrooms, so they were more than enough for a group of 8 people. The private parking is very convenient, so, even though some 20 minutes driving is needed to visit the beaches we chose, this was not a problem for us. The host and the cleaning staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. The house has lots of open space in the gardens and around the pool.

The host was really nice and friendly. There are many of compliments like water, wine, sweets, coffee, tea etc.

The location and the house are very beautiful, large yard, maintained and Nikos is a good host who can guide you with anything you need. Superb terrace where you can relax after a sunny day with a glass of wine from the house.
