Strathlalan Lodge & Spa er et charmerende rejsemål i en lille skotsk landsby, omgivet af bjerge og skove. Luxus-Landhaus & Spa ligger på bredden af Loch Fyne i Argyll og kan rumme op til 7 personer. The Lodge has everything, superbly equipped. Every time you thought, it would be good if......we looked and it was there. There are even bikes to be used which our kids enjoyed. The Lodge was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The location is so peaceful and quiet. We stayed as a family of 4 with teens and made full use of the hot tub, sauna and relaxation room. This really added a luxurious feel to the trip and a delightful addition to the Lodge. We used the Lodge as a base to have days trips around Argyll. Picking up fresh seafood and cooking at the Lodge in the large well equiped kitchen was a great way to spend an evening. The Lodge is also walkable to the Inver restaurant which is a gem and absolutely worth going to if staying. The Lodge owner was fab, gave clear instructions and easily contactable if required.

As the centre piece of Drimsynie Estate, this impressive hotel overlooks its own 9-hole golf course, plus Loch Goil and the Argyllshire mountains. I booked a room for my daughter and I to have a short drive (1.5 hrs) from Glasgow airport, not knowing the area was of such stunning beauty. We were so charmed by the area we had an early supper so we could have time to explore the beach and little community. Our room was in the main lodge had views of the loch, the beds were comfortable with good quality linens, bathroom elegant and well appointed, the lodge had large windows every to maximize the views, the staff were all friendly and helpful. What's NOT to like? This will on my list for a subsequent visit to Scotland.

Dette 4-stjernede hotel ligger ved bredden af Loch Long og er omgivet af den storslåede natur på Skotlands vestkyst. We had a beautiful room, with a four poster, overlooking the loch. Lovely bathroom with similar view and a great shower, separate from the bathroom. Breakfast was a lovely traditional one, but there are lots of other options. We're already looking forward to our next stay at Knockderry House.
