If you would like to discover the area, snorkelling, cycling and hiking are possible in the surroundings and Georgian Country House -Panoramic Views -Sleeps 12 can arrange a bicycle rental service. Beautiful house, amazing views. There is plenty of space for a large family holiday. We all had a fantastic time, and we ranged in age from 20 to 83. Nothing was too much trouble. Anything we needed was sorted straight away, perfect hosts. Every detail has been thought of. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. We would definitely book again.

The country house is fitted with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with mountain views. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area or keep themselves warm by the fireplace on colder days. Located just 3 miles from Conwy, Glyn Isa Country House B&B and self catering Lodge is set in family home, dating from the 17th century, within 10 acres of private land and gardens. The village of Rowen is just 1 mile away and the property offers free parking. A perfect very stylish self-catering little cottage. Well equipped within very private grounds in the middle of the country side. Excellent location for daytrips and walks in North Wales. In the small village of Rowen 1 mile away there is also a very nice Pub. Highly recommended.

Penbedw Estate -Rural retreats, tennis offers beauty services and free private parking, and is within 20 km of Bodelwyddan Castle and 43 km of Chester Racecourse. The property has mountain and lake views, and is 45 km from Chester Zoo. When staying at the luxury tent, guests can use private entrance. Peaceful and quiet location with very friendly hosts who were on hand if we needed any help with anything. Clean and tidy plus it was nice and warm with the heater on. Couldn't fault the cabin at all.

We had excellent service and support on arrival especially in offering to help with transport to a wedding. The room was a good size, had clean facilities and access to tea/coffee. Very quiet and peaceful.
Very peaceful quiet location, lodge is furnished to a high standard with lots of useful gadgets and utensils. Good internet, tv and even an alexa speaker. Wood burning stove was a nice luxury, with fuel and matches provided. Owners left crisps, snacks and chocolates in the lodge on arrival which was a nice touch.
The continental style breakfast was of high quality;I don't recall having had better. The shared bathroom is spacious,well appointed and luxurious. The accommodation is in a quiet,rural,area surrounded by fields and access to it via the road network is good. The property has a,well appointed,Country Manor feel to it. The host,Ella,was welcoming and attentive;we felt very well looked after. I will not hesitate to stay here again.
A lovely place that is peaceful and great for walking. The facilities are excellent and the bath tub outside is such a great idea in any weather. Waking up in the morning having breakfast in the fresh countryside with the birds tweeting and just peace and quiet it's just perfect. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you like walks but if you don't and want to just relax and switch of from the busy world this place is for you. We will definitely be returning.
Fantastic location close to Llangollen and Chester. Very peaceful and quiet set in stunning countryside. If you want a peaceful get away this is the place to go!! Had amazing night sleep in comfy bed. Log burner warmed lodge perfectly even in sub zero temperatures. John , host very helpful and welcoming. Thank you
The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. A very quiet, peaceful location. The accommodation is fitted to high standards and the shower room is luxurious. Well fitted out breakfast room with microwave, stocked, pay as you use fridge freezer, toaster etc.
A beautiful house set in beautiful countryside, I stayed in the downstairs room with its own little patio looking out over fields - so quiet and peaceful. Menna is a lovely, friendly host, the room was spotless and comfortable and had everything I could need, even a microwave and mini fridge! I’d definitely come back
