The host Caroline was wonderful and spoke a little English which made live a lot easier during our stay. The breakfast was laid out for us in the morning and was fit for a king. We would go back here again during any visit to the south of France we may make in the future. The location was so peaceful and with the river running through the back garden, it made the start of our week worth while.

We had both and evening meal (Michelin star standard!) and continental breakfast, as good as any I've had anywhere. The hostess was superb and couldn't be more helpful. All food where possible was locally sourced.

Heinz offered to watch a Euro 2024 game with us and cooked diner for us in between. He was also very flexible so we could watch the whole game. Dinner was in a quiet and cosy setting and Heinz ate some cheese with us afterwards. The room and especially the bed were extremely comfortable, perfect after a day of traveling. The house is surrounded by a magnificent garden which brings a lot of peace and calmness.
