The host was very considerate and kind, breakfast was delicious and our stay was very peaceful and enjoyable.

Everything. The house is immaculately built and located by the river estuary into the Bay of Biscay. There are countless nature spots surrounding the house, hiking trails, beaches etc. The view from the house to the river is beautiful. The house also generates it's own electricity.

Urdaibai offers you lovely villages, beautiful nature (check the bird center), the kindness of the Basque périple, sports, good and nature.

I would honestly recommend going out of your way to get there, as it’s such a unique experience. The building is very old and beautiful, with an amazing terrace from which we read and listened to nature around us. Nearby there is a stream with a waterfall where you can swim- amazing. And a beautiful walk you can do down the Camino to a nearby monastery. What made our stay really special was our host, who was so kind, and also fascinating to talk to. He was incredibly generous, making incredible breakfasts and offering endless cakes for us to try. On our last day he drove us to the bus stop which was really lovely of him. We would love to go back!

Casa Rural Andutza is situated 10 minutes’ drive from Urdaibai Park. The surrounding nature is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking. Olga's place is beautifully located, very well maintained, and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed talking to Olga, thank you for very valuable information on the surroundings, worthwhile excursions, and the Basque country and history! Our kid loved to play with the dogs and cats, he was also allowed to "shepherd" the sheep and collect fresh eggs from the chicken.

This fully refurbished 16th-century country house offers rustic décor and great views of the surrounding hills and forest. This is a lovely rural place, with the most excellent vegetarian and vegan food served for dinner. The best meal we had in our few months in Spain. The locally produced wine is also lovely. The rooms are clean, the decor pretty, and the location is great. We will stay again!

At Agroturismo Iturbe you can choose between rooms and apartments. All accommodation features rustic wooden furniture, wooden beams and a TV. The apartments have a kitchenette with a microwave. Everything was perfect. Very quiet and nice staff
