This boutique family-run hotel was the most special place we have ever stayed at. We would like to thank everyone for making our stay very memorable, we wished we stayed longer than just one day.
The location is in a nature park with a spectacular view of the Montserrat mountains, and it is super quiet.
Breakfast was typical Catalonian which they should never change as we loved it.
You can also easily walk 10 minutes to town for an authentic Catalonian dinner (or something else as there are lots of options)
It is quick to reach from the airport and close to everything you want to go and see like the Santa Maria de Montserrat Abbey.

A very big and beautiful house. Very clean, very comfortable beds. Quiet countryside. Big backyard. Nice for a longer stay. Unfortunately we could only stay one night.
Perfect for a one night stay when arriving in Barcelona late in the day by train. Quiet rooms and a peaceful feel throughout the 'space age' hotel. Really good food available from the bar with friendly and attentive staff serving. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

I had a very quiet room opening on to a garden area with outdoor seating protected by rain from the first floor overhang. I loved the interior design: materials, furnishings and bathroom fixtures. It had a luxurious feel which made my stay very relaxed. It was my second time staying here and David and his wife gave me a very warm welcome, with organisational improvements made.. They were also very helpful with anythng I needed. Again I loved the atmosphere of the horse ranch. Going for little walks to see the horses was a morning treat.
The property was well located, as shown in photos, extremely peaceful and quiet, and very well equipped. Everything worked well - hot water, heating, appliances and Liz and Tony were extremely helpful and nice.
I really loved the garden area. It was beautifully laid out and a very easy place to relax. Apartment comes fully equipped and easy access to all amenities. Quiet and peaceful, it was a wonderful place to get much needed rest. The kitchen was perfect for an easy home cooked meal. The two different shower heads really topped it all off as it added to complete the full experience between practicality and luxury. Would definitely recommend, wonderful experience!

Cal Cateri is a tastefully renovated two storey town house, perfect either for a quiet holiday in the sun, or as a base for exploring the surrounding countryside. Colldejou is a peaceful mountain village, with a restaurant and a shop for all your basic needs. The nearest town is 8km away so you might need to have a car to make the most of your stay.
Uniquely situated hotel for people interested in hiking. Beautiful and original hotel in quiet surroundungs. Very good dinners. Comfortable and peaceful. On the hiking trail is a restaurant with swimmingpool, but you need to book your lunch since it is a local favourite. There is also a river with a superb place for swimming.
