Featuring a private bathroom, rooms have a rustic style. They are equipped with a flat-screen TV, wardrobe and hairdryer. The place was very clean and tidy. The owners very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room also had a kitchen which we were offered to use (and did) which was excellent. The owner gave us recommendations where to go and what to visit. All in all excellent experience, would go back and will recommend place to family and friends.

The charming décor combines rustic and modern features. Each heated room includes free Wi-Fi, a TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Excellent breakfast, beautiful location, amazing facilities (what other rural inn like this has a gym?) and super nice people running the place. Owner doesn't speak English but this was actually a plus for me, as I'm learning Spanish and most other people just switch over to English because it's easier. This was good practice.

It is only 5 minutes’ drive from Puigcerdà. Free private parking is available on site. Both my partner and I have stayed at many "luxury" hotels around the world, and we agreed hand on heart that our stay at Mas San Marc was by far the best experience we have ever had. The quality v price is exceptional, the place is wonderful, well located, and the staff could not do enough to make us feel at home. Special thanks to Marta, Bruno and Lilia on reception who really cared for us. Housekeepers and restaurant staff were all very friendly and smiling. Just to note: We did not eat on site, so cannot mention the food in the restaurant. The decoration of the entire place is amazing, and every details has been carefully chosen, including the beautiful scent throughout the hotel. Our dog Luna was also very happy to explore the grounds, happy with the horses, ponies and chickens. One day we got the pleasure of meeting a charming and very helpful gentleman called Kiko, who turns out to be the owner of the hotel: Himself as delightful as the place and his employees., it took us a few days to decide that the best word for the Mas Sant Marc is simply "idyllic". The location is superb, overlooking the river valley and with views across the mountains. The wood-burning fireplaces were lovely, and the kids loved chopping and splitting wood. The property is spacious and well-equipped, and the garden spaces and terraces amazing for enjoying an evening glass of wine. Very hightly recommended.
