The apartment is within short walking distance of the town centre but in an elevated, quiet and safe location with private secure parking. The facilities in the apartment are excellent for a family, a couple or a solo traveller. Most of all the host, Maureen, provided clear information and instructions for our arrival and departure and was always on hand to provide any additional assistance when required. The service really is 5 star.
Our stay in Francisca and Fransico’s cabin was wonderful! The space is cosy and comfortable, and warms really well with the log fire. The attention to detail in both decoration and amenities through the whole cabin is also noticeable. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook in. Communication was excellent, with very fast responses and helpful local tips for us during our stay. It is a perfect place to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, we’d love to come back sometime!
Everything. The staff was really nice, the hotel and the room is very beautiful, the garden is very quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with homemade yogurt, bread and cakes. The price is very good (excelent stay for a more than fair price)
The staff organised breakfast for us to our room on our first day as we arrived too late due to ferry delays. Quiet room due to high floor. Free parking was a bonus. Room was OK - not as good as European standards, but good for Patagonia verde.
We loved the beautiful views and the lovely peaceful, secluded garden. The fire was super cosy and kept the cabin very warm. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfy and warm. A very relaxing place to stay. Thank you.
The Lodge is in an incredible location. If you are a nature lover, this is the place for you! The lodge and park guides help to make the visit an adventure and a learning experience. Night hikes, boating to a remote hiking area, trails that are easily accessible were especially appreciated. The lodge is warm, comfortable, and welcoming. We would absolutely send friends and family to stay here. Not t be missed on a trip to Chiloe!

The apartments are located out in the agricultural area south of the lake. Very quiet and peaceful (except for the ibises! But they make noise everywhere). The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfy and warm, The apartments are heated by small wood stoves that really crank out the heat once you have them going. The owners are VERY nice and catered to my every need.
The location is excellent. Quiet and peaceful. The food is very good.
