I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Alvear very much. My room was spacious, quiet and clean. The Wi-Fi was good, and - very important - the air conditioning was working well. Also the bathroom was spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and drinks.
The flat has all the comfort someone could expect for the price range: it is luminous, quiet, very well located in the center and it has all the facilities needed. The host Abril was very kind and helpful, and she was reachable when needed. I would definitely return again.
Everything was functional as described. No hidden defects. I was looking for a comfy little apartment, well located in the city. I enjoyed the proximity of the Pellegrini Blvd, the little balcony, the quiet neighbors overnight. Perfect size for a single person or a couple, very functional. I would have stayed longer there if I had to !
