I liked the location, as was looking precisely for something quiet and isolated. Is a new bulding very pleasant and with modern looking. they have two pools which is also very nice. I liked in particular that the employees/waiters were also very nice, explaining in detail how all worked and willing to help anything on their capacity.

This place is simply one of the best places I ever stayed. The house is amazingly designed and furnished (the pictures had me a bit worried). The backyard is huge and has everything from a fruit orchard to a pool to a theater stage. The house is located on a quiet country road. You have the whole place to yourself - which is amazing. The place has all the bells and whistles you want and is great for a family vacation. We enjoyed exploring from here. Santiago Do Cacem is a lovely little town with a castle and very few tourists. Going down to Porto Covo's wonderful beaches just takes 30 minutes. There are beaches of all sizes nestled in cliffs, most connected through tunnels. The kids loved it. But best of all are the hosts. Alexandre and his wife are honestly the best hosts we ever had.

Highly recommended for a relaxing get away accessible by car and near to a country village and beaches. Tastefully decorated rooms, magnificent pool to swim and relax by and enjoy a drink if you like or play tennis. Exceptional breakfast, the best in 5 weeks travel in Spain and Portugal. Amazing location, lost in the middle of nowhere in rural South Portugal. Very quiet, beautiful facilities, nature and a couple of small farms all around, amazing color palette... We loved getting lost there, it's perfect to unwind, watch the sunset, do some stargazing, enjoy the sun on the terrace... And the staff was lovely, helpful and very much available. Thank you for the nice dinner recommendation at a local bar in the next village, we very much liked the local experience and food!
A night or two in a secluded spot. Very remote....very quiet. I did not have dinner there but it looked very nice and they have a good menu. Breakfast was the usual. I loved being welcomed by the cats.....it was cool during my stay so I did not use the pool but every room has their own sunbeds and little veranda to relax on. Smart tv was wonderful and tea/coffee facilities in room was great. Fridge in room as well. Not a lot of English spoken but enough that you can get all you want.

The place was magical. We were there outside of peak season. The whole place was so quiet, amazing pools with 360* views on the country side. The breakfast on the terrace is great, with freshly cooked crepes and eggs and a lot of bread, cakes, cereal, juices, fruits.... The spa was nice, with big windows on the countryside and with private use per room but only the sauna and jacuzzi were open for us. We will come back!
