Quinta da Fontoura is very near Oporto, Gaia, Aveiro, Coimbra, etc.. making it perfect to visit the North of Portugal.
Regardless of the proximity with the urban centers, the aspect we liked the most was the Natural Swimming Pool, the colorful gardens and above all the SILENCE (you can only ear, Frogs, Crickets and Swallows).
Offering a garden and river view, Tijosa Eco-House Camp is located in Ovar, 18 km from Europarque and 19 km from Santa Maria da Feira Castle.

The owner has a lot of lovely pets. Both owner and pets are very friendly! The owner gave us some great recommendations for restaurants etc. It is also a beautiful place.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Great central location overlooking the canal offering a beautiful postcard feel. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was sumptuous. The lounges and other common areas in the hotel were luxurious and spacious. However, our double bed room itself was a bit tight and there was no view from the window.
Great location, beautiful, clean, quiet and spacey appartment with elevator. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with everything a guest may need. Next to sm also. We really enjoyed our stay.
Everything was just perfect! The host was kind and the apartment was very nicely designed, well equipped and comfortable. The advantage of this place is that even though it's in the historical centre it's fairly quiet.
The host was lovely and warm, very nice, very helpfull , took good care , the bathroom and shower was very good,and clean, the beds very comfortable, has a cool swimming pool and dinner room, and the area is quiet and peacefull , just what i was looking for that time, i will come back definately :D !

It was a great location to explore the marshland and walkways around Aveiro and also easy access in to the city.

Despite having to go to the hostel to talk to any of the staff, those I did communicate with were excellent, particularly the manager. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Great location just off the super busy area making it peaceful and quiet.
