Peaceful and quiet location, with amazing gardens. Unfortunately we chose a wet winter's weekend to visit, but the house was warm and cosy. Lovely, welcoming hosts. Looking forward to returning sometime!

The facility was great, a wee bit out of Carterton, but quiet and peaceful. Lovely swimming pool for summer and great spa pool for all year round. The most comfortable king bed I've ever slept in😀. Good size bedrooms. Lovely continental breakfast was provided. The host Ruth is a lovely lady, didn't get to meet Grant her hubby this visit. An awesome place to stay.

Location is everything here. Quiet rural settings (views, views) with all the perks of a modern house like proper heating, easy access, etc. Very welcoming hosts, calm countryside farm area, though relatively close to Greytown and Masterton. A separate thumbs up for beds.

Quiet, peaceful. Very comfortable and safe, especially as I was travelling alone. It made a very nice base for my weekend visit.

Very tasty continental breakfast avaliable, with fresh eggs and freshly baked bread. This quiet cottage is right between Caterton and Greytown, so plently to do within 10 mins driving, but it's rural location lends to a peaceful calm.

Peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful rural outlook. The cottage was more spacious than we expected and nicely furnished. Friendly hosts who’d left hot cross buns for us. We’d happily stay again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Quiet, clean, modern cottage. The host's grounds are well kept with adjacent beautiful green pastures. Like other reviews have said, the cottages are close to town, yet just far enough off the main road that you feel the quiet of the countryside without being far away. The bed was great -- like Goldie Locks said, "Not too soft, not to hard." The kitchen had everything you need. Air conditioning (for the very warm afternoon) and heating (to take the morning chill from the cabin) were both excellent.

The hosts were friendly, and sent me a text to let me know there was flooding down the road and to be careful driving to the accommodation. The location is quiet and out of town for a nice peaceful environment. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.
