Beautiful private shady outside patio whisteria pergola. Lovely plants & trees. Friendly but not invasive visits hello from the gentle dogs and cats. Lovely to be able to wander around and see many horses in their padocks and Ugo the pig-boar. Privacy and peace. Great sized pool perfectly tended with lovely greenery & no time limits. Welcoming oasis. This clean farm-house style accomodation is great to just chill with your own drinks, books and company. We had two of the appartments which worked perfectly for 6 of us.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
The domain is lovely and the owner, Manuela, is an amazing and welcoming host. The room we stayed at had a nice vintage charm, with a very modern bathroom area. We had a really good time in the quiet and relaxing environment of Manuela's agriturismo, in the middle of the olive groves, where we also got to enjoy the outdoor pool. Its location near Pisa and Vicopisano provided for some nice city trips. The road up to the domain is quite bumpy, but it's definitely worth the trip, and we would love to come back as soon as possible :-)
Exceptionally accommodating hosts! Wonderful view with a forest directly at the doorstep. Far enough away from mayor cities to have it nice and quiet and near enough for easy day trips. It's the place to stay when near Pisa! Will definitely come again!

Campo dei Lupi was one of the most amazing stays I've had. The nature and the property were beautiful; we and our two dogs absolutely loved it, and Manuela was the most kind person and host I've ever met. She was so welcoming and helpful for the whole time; she immediately replied to any question, and she gave us so many local products as gifts. We will definitely come back to this quiet and beautiful place.
The view from our window was delightful and the property is clean, comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast was exceptional - Simone (the host) is friendly and really helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much! :)
Getting to spend two nights in a castle was like living in a fairytale. The castle looks like out of a history book yet the room was clean and modernly equipped. Waking up to the incredible view over Tuscan countryside was a highlight for us. It was also rather private and the hosts were really helpful. Totally recommend!
Manuela is easily the sweetest host we have ever met, so warm and welcoming. She immediately makes you feel at ease and a part of the family. The house has beautiful details and is set amidst the olive garden. It feels very relaxing and quiet. A car is a must, but the place is conveniently located to visit all main attractions in the area. We loved it at Manuela's and would be very happy to return!
Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners created a small paradise in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. Marina is an angel, and she had a warm welcome for us and was available to help us with different kind of requests. The villa, the garden, the pool and the pond are really well-maintened. There is nothing that is missing. We wish to return there soon. Highly recommended.
