We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming agriturismo in Umbria. Nestled in beautiful natural surroundings, this retreat exudes a sense of peace and comfort. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome and at home.
The rooms were spotless, and the beds were comfortable.. While the breakfast wasn’t overly abundant, it was still delightful, with fresh rolls and croissants served every morning.
We stayed here as two couples and had a wonderful time. The house has two toilets and one shower, which was perfectly convenient for all of us. The kitchen, while small, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.
The warm and cozy atmosphere, along with the attentive staff and thoughtful details, made this agriturismo a perfect place to relax. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy the beauty of Umbria in great company!

Unfortunately, our relation was affected by misunderstanding and lack of kindness by the landlords from the very beginning. So we even couldn't look forward to staying there. The problem was that one of us as a prediabetic was afraid of sweet Italian breakfast and so we accepted their offer at the Booking presentation (see photo, later erased) of bacon, ham and eggs. So I had asked by email for it (even instead of all sweet items) and received very negative answer like "take it or leave it". Even muesli and sugar-free white yogurt were rejected... Fortunately, on our arrival we reconciled and our claims (also regarding two single sheets and blankets, not one big for both of us) were accepted so we really enjoyed our stay having Fiamenga as the centre for one-day trips to Spello, Trevi, Perugia, Gubbio, Todi, Spoleto and other very interesting towns around. Last but not least, we want to emphasize the kindness of Mrs. Donatella (the landlords' cousin) who prepared our breakfast.

A beautiful fresh breakfast was delivered each morning to our room, including one of the best cream (custard) filled croissants I ever had. Easy walk to Bevagna town and easy private carpark with easy access to roads to surrounding hill towns. It was relaxing and peaceful after morning and evening drives.

The location was amazing. What a view of Assisi. The breakfast was superb every day and the staff were lovely and helpful.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Central but with a free parking five minutes walk away. Not too small, quiet, comfortable mattress and pillows (also some extra ones). Coffee machine and kettle.
We had an apartment on the first floor with a nice, very intimate terrace overlooking the pool. The place was fine for a family of four, the pool access and the air conditioning were essential on some very hot summer days. The location was very quiet and secluded, but very convenient to reach Spello, Assisi and even Perugia, Spoleto and Bevagna within half an hour and the owner was very friendly and helpful.
Everything about it! the rooms were comfortable and clean with nice and antique touches and furnishing. Really good local breakfast spread. The property is located in a beautiful and quiet location in the Umbrian countryside. Good jacuzzi bath and garden to relax. And to the most amazing and friendly host Cassandra, Grazie Mille! Easy check in and fabulous location. The apartment was quiet, spacious and very clean and comfortable. In the heat of the day the AC was great. Windows also have fly screens so sleeping at night with a cool breeze was lovely. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but it was nice to have a table/tv separate from the bedroom. Washing machine was easy to use too. The locals of Spello were kind and friendly.
This property is all about the view and the location. The terrace is amazing and wonderfully shaded for most of the day. The living area is spacious and comfortable. Being in the wall away from the main piazza it’s quiet and peaceful with a view to die for.
