Everything was good.
The apartment is located on the first floor, there is NO elevator in case you need it. The area is very calm and full of nature, perfect to relax. Not that far from downtown Pistoia.
The owner of the apartment was very kind, he suggested us historical places to visit and restaurants where to eat.

The hotel is located inside a historical villa and has a nice pool. The staff is incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of info about nearby restaurants and how to reach Florence and other nearby cities. The position (nearby the motorway access, but isolated and quiet) is strategic if you want to visit multiple cities in northern Tuscany.

1- the view from the apartment was great we were lucky to be staying in Autumn with views across Montecatini
2- if you have a choice ask for Autumn or Winter, I think spring has views the other direction and summer has no views

Andreo, the host, does everything to ensure a pleasant stay. He saved our dog's life by getting us to the right hospital.
It is a beautiful area, not far from historical places and homes. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet and who like to visit beautiful cities and monuments.
The agrotourism Podere is located on a hill with a beautiful view on Tuscany. Staying in the peaceful and green surroundings is a perfect way to enjoy your free time. We felt there like we were at home thanks to the hospitality of the owner and his team.
Podere offers delicious breakfast and nice selection of local wines. They manufacture their own oil that you can try and buy.
There is also parking and nice small pool.

Very beautiful quarry stone building ensemble. Very quiet and idyllic location, very private atmosphere. Stylishly furnished. Lovely pool with shady parasols and plenty of sun loungers. WiFi connection functional to have a great experience with smart work. online meeting quality good with no problems.
The breakfast was very nice, also The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the room and bathroom were clean. You can stay peacefully in a beautiful town.
