Very friendly and helpful owner Francesco. Accommodation and breakfast were really good and it was nice to have an outdoor swimming pool (and an indoor one, but we didn’t use it). Bed was a little bit hard, but we’re spoiled with a very soft mattress at home so for most people it will be fine. Would definitely recommend if you have a car, because it’s next to a mountain road so it didn’t feel safe for us to walk to Panzano (nearest village). There is a winery on walking distance though, which we would also recommend to visit for a tour (bonus tip).

Very nice and comfortable house with great interior at high standards. The garden is incredible - nice view, incredible flowers and vegetation and a stone bathtub as the highlight. Daily cleaning was very comfortable and the tips on restaurants, shopping, sight seeing etc provided by the owners were very helpful and everything we tried (quite a few of the restaurants recommended) was perfect. Shared pool is a few meters to walk but quite big and refreshing. We always used our garden for relaxing as it is much nicer than the pool area.

The breakfast was delicious, local ham, cheese, pastry. We had breakfast in the garden with the view of Tuscany countryside. We tasted local wine. It was very lovely and peaceful. The children love the pool that was after renovation. The location was very convenient to visit Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Panzano. The owners and staff were very polite and helpful. It was definetely worth visiting this place. We will return here again.

Anna was a lovely host. The property was wonderful and relaxing. Located just outside the town of Panzano we got to enjoy the peaceful Tuscan countryside while just a short drive to Panzano or Greve for a great selection of restaurants or vineyards.
For me, this kind of stay is perfection. Montefioralle is a small, quiet village - very ancient. Parking was easy, you have to pay so people know. Very easy check in - a simple key locked in a box outside the apartment. The apartment itself is great! It was very clean, fresh towels, fresh bedding. Fully equipped kitchen and fridge. It was a true Italian feel, lovely terracotta flooring. The view from the lounge was INCREDIBLE. Very quiet and peaceful at night.
Amazing view of the beautiful Tuscan countryside from our room and our own terrace. So quiet, relaxing and peaceful! Very Comfortable room and bed, nicely furnished in farmhouse style. Perfect base for wineries with 2 excellent restaurants within a few km, again with gorgeous views of the countryside. The whole place was lovely and authentic. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the original old farmhouse.
The house is situated in a lovely quiet spot with lots of birds around and hardly any noise. The only noise comes from farmers working in the fields in the area. From the house we could take long walks in the countryside.
the house is so peaceful and quiet you feel like you have the whole place to yourself. I had the most amazing view overlooking the town. the breakfast was more than I could imagine and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. the town centre is only 6 minutes walking and has everything you need.
I will definitely be recommending to friends and hope to return one day 💗
Exceptional place, with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere thanks to the building, decor, and super kind staff! It is also quiet and set in a natural park with hiking trails starting at the door. Diner and breakfast are perfect!
