We spent a lovely 3 nights in this apartment. The location is great - close to the city's main attractions, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ready to meet our needs. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely come back here on our next visit to this city. I would highly recommend!
The hotel, located on the 6th floor with an elevator, is very centrally located in a quiet area. My room was very simple but clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, I had to pay an extra fee, in addition to what had already been paid, when I paid with a credit card. If you are not looking for luxury, I can recommend the hotel.
The location for us was superb - short walks to the various places we wanted to visit - the port, the museums, palazzi, neighbourhoods, restaurants. Even though the apartment is very central to the old city, overlooking via San Lorenzo - which has a lot of foot traffic, buskers etc - it was remarkably quiet and peaceful. The online description of the apartment is accurate - it’s comfortable, stylish, had everything we required. The lounge/kitchen area has a lot of floor space which was good for my wife who does a daily yoga routine.

It will be tricky to climb up with a luggage by a steep stairs, but thanks lord next floor ours.
Fantastic apartment - the most beautiful in Genoa, perhaps. Federika is friendly, very kind and wonderful! She met us, told us everything (primarily gifts 😋), gave recomendationd for restaurants and Genoa sights.
The apartment is beautifully furnished, there is a great taste and handiness, plenty of space, the terrace is luxurious. The area is quiet and close to the center, everything can be reached by foot. These were wonderful days, thank you😘
Lovely and quiet place with incredible views. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Comfortable beds, clean, and peaceful. The terrace was perfect to enjoy breakfast (we brought our own).

Great location. Quiet area. There are several hypermarkets nearby. The area is safe to live. Intelligent neighbors. New house. Repairs in the apartment are expensive and modern. The furniture is new and expensive. Luxury apartments. Parking is free. The air conditioner cools great. The elevator is working. The intercom works. Nearby there are many shops, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. and cherry on the cake - an amazing and unique view from the window !!!
The hotel was in a quiet location a few minutes walk from the station and airport bus stop. No breakfast is served but the Palazzo Reale cafe is a few steps away with good coffee, pastries etc and a garden area. Places to eat and drink nearby and easy walking distance to the main places of interest. The Ascensore Montegalletto is very near and goes up to the Castello d’Albertis which is an interesting, peaceful museum with a nice cafe and views of the city. The hotel room was clean, good shower and all that we needed for a short stay.
