Great Location and surroundings, well kept garden area’s, lovely apartments with lots of character, kitchen was fairly well stocked. Lovely pool for the family.
Note there are different facilities at each of the mini complex’s, this is not clear on booking.com so if traveling with friends let them know if you want to be together, we were separated for the two weeks stay which was ideal but we made it work.

The location is amazing, an old Tuscany villa with a garden and a swimming pool which is very cozy. Is surrounded by Olive trees and near anything you may need. Scarlino is a fascinating medieval town, worth to visit. Pet friendly. Apartment are gorgeous and perfectly refurbished

It's a really big and comfortable apartment, with some entertainment for kids outside but definitely more for animals/dogs. The owner was very helpful with information where we can buy water, juice on Easter day as everything was normally closed. She also welcomes us with coffee and for kids chocolate eggs. Thank you

Our stay at Pian Delle more was absolutely heavenly.. from the magnificence of the Tuscan hillsides to the birdsong all day long, the swifts swooping down to drink from the wonderful swimming pool and the much appreciated quiet.. I would definitely come back..

Nice place, very peaceful and remote, in the middle of nowhere (which can be also a disadvantage for some, depending what you expect and how long you will stay there). Very nice pool, dog friendly (but you need to pay 25 eur extra doesn't matter if you stay for a night or a week), they make their own beer which is quite nice! There is a restaurant which offers decent (not amazing but ok) meals - breakfast and dinner.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.

The space is bright, modern and clean with a fantastic layout that maximizes comfort and convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped, making cooking a pleasure, and the living area is cozy and perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants and beach. It is not quiet due to being close to center of Follonica. Owner is reactive, communicative and very helpful! I highly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking a high-quality and well-located living environment.
First of all, I like to stay, the staff was very very nice with me and my pet especially all at the bar and Daniele at the reception.

Beach is awesome and they upgraded me to a sea view… but I probably have to be clear about the fact I was looking for peace and quiet cause my room was in front of the restaurant with live music till 11pm.
I just wanted to hear silence and sea.
The host, Umberto was very welcoming. The property looks very impressive and is located in very peaceful beautiful well kept grounds. There was a swimming pool which was very clean and well maintained.
A great place for vacation and relax: it's quiet, peaceful, very beautiful and so many details. You feel exactly in Tuscany. The owner of the hotel Massimiliano is an amazing person who watches everything and pays attention to every guest. Very nice room and garden, we spent quite a bit here, but had a great rest. The bed is wonderful: very comfortable. We will be happy to recommend this place to our friends. See you soon!
