Where should I start? The place is very very well maintained. Everything looks very neat, from the main gate, the reception with it's small library with books in different languages, to the apartments (located in 2 buildings), the swimming pool, the golf course, the tennis field. The personnel is very helpful. We arrived earlier than agreed but Danielle showed us the room and gave us the key (we could not yet get into the room due to ongoing cleaning) . Our daughter was a bit sick and I got in touch with Giada (what a good organizer is this lady). Same day we could visit the pediatrician. Every question we had was so quickly and friendly dealt with! The apartment itself is very nice, large rooms, well functioning airco, the whole italian atmosphere is there. With breathtaking views of the surrounding villages. Good beds, large bathrooms, everything in place. One evening we have had dinner prepared by Danielle, really kuddos on a very good "Fiorentina". We were there for 5 nights but we will definitely return. Giada, Danielle and the rest, thank you very much and keep taking care of this beautiful place with love, as you are doing it now.
