Location is quiet countryside but also very convenient for the Rosslare ferry and this was the reason for my choice. It's a lovely old country house, very spacious and recently done up throughout in modern style, good attention to detail and very clean. My single room was not en suite but I had sole use of a fine modern bathroom (and a lovely outlook). Ferry timing meant I left too early for breakfast but lovely hostess Jackie offered a takeaway coffee and croissant (freshly baked).
After nearly 3 weeks of travel, Peter's warm smile and kind eyes were just what we needed!! Our huge en-suite room with crisp linen, thick pile carpet, & peaceful quiet soothed our weary ♡'s.

Breakfast is not included but plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The location is ideal and in a quiet location for a peaceful night's sleep. Owner extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend 👌
Beautifully decorated country house in quiet Irish country town. Stayed in King's Bay Suite. Huge room overlooking the sea and farm. Well equipped. Shower pressure fantastic. We also had a separate bath that we didn't use. Wonderful Irish breakfast served daily. Tea/coffee making facilities anytime available with biscuits. Gorgeous shared lounge area for guests. Hosts are welcoming providing helpful tourist advice. Wifi ok.

Beautiful setting; peace and quiet surrounds the cottage. Stunning countryside. Extremely well designed and equipped cottage. Luxury at its best. The Hosts Val and Eilish were so helpful and kind. This is a rare find!! Very beautiful and chilled.
There were many positives about this place but the highlights for me was the old world atmosphere and the high level of comfort, especially the bed. It’s extremely quiet and peaceful there, located as it is not far from town but still deep in the countryside. The breakfast is as good as I have eaten anywhere.
