We stayed here for 14 nights and we had an amazing experience. First, the hosts Ria and her daughter Maria were the sweetest and kind hosts anyone can wish. We also had some great, memorable conversations with them.
Second, the view it's just breathtaking. Waking up every day and be surrounded by mountains, trees and flowers and a nice view to the sea. It's a quiet place to stay in the heart of the village Kazaviti. The room it's very clean, nice, simple with everything you need. We had a great welcome with some cute surprises ( you will see :D).
You arrive here by car, it's a 10-15 min driving to the beach. We 100 % preferred to stay here and have quiet moments when we want and then go to beaches and clubs when we want noise.

The hotel is amazing, it is in a top location. Peaceful and quiet place and at the same time a few minutes walk to beaches, restaurants and the city center! Extremely clean rooms, bathroom, pool and common areas. Everything is exactly like the pictures! The hotel is made with great taste and attention to detail and is very carefully maintained! Very basic hotel but with very friendly and helpful staff. Also seems popular for families with children. It is peaceful and quiet, no drinking and no late-night parties. Two barbecue-grills free to use, and meat can be bought in the butchers shop nearby. The pool is in very good order and very clean and well-kept. Friendly cats are included. Cleaning of the room is fine and done daily. Location is perfect, just outside the restaurant and shopping district. 5 min walk down to the port and 10 min to the nearest beach.
Everything! The owner is a young gorgeous and very nice and friendly woman that made our stay feel like home. The garden is a beautiful, quiet, peaceful place under the olive trees, the pool is clean, the apartment was large and comfy, we had the roof top and we had everything. The wifi was excellent, in all parts of the property. The place is walking distance from the town center.

The location was amazing, very close to the port(2-3 minute walk) in a peaceful and nice area.
The place was very quiet, very good for resting and admiring the sea from the balcony.
The apartment had all the necessary utilities: good kitchenette with all the necessities, fridge, A/C, a good wifi.
The bathroom was recently renovated and it looked great.
We stayed at Luxury Villa Fotini in Limenas, the room and the staff was wonderful. We also enjoyed the great breakfast.The Villa with the quiet and beautiful garden and pool is very close to the ferry port and close to the centre of Limenas the beach is also in walking distance. All in all a fantastic stay on the island of Thassos.
