Really nice appartment with original decorations. The location is just perfect - you fall asleep by the sound of the sea waves and the terrace is the most time in the shade. You can enjoy the privacy on the terrace because it is not facing the street. The owner is very kind and solves any problem very fast. We spent there a very good time. The little house was near to a not too crowded beach, close to restaurants and Nikiti is a good place to stay if you wish to explore Sithonia.

The proximity to the beach and seaside view from the balcony are the main selling points, absolutely perfect , the airconditioning was brand new and worked like a charm, high water pressure and hot water all the time, plenty of clean towels and sheets, miss Maria although she doesn’t speak English is very nice and helpful, and the location and property itself are very quiet and peaceful
A wonderfull place, new, very clean, feels like a luxury hotel, with all confort of a small appartment, it has a kitchen corner and table. Very good bed, nice little balcony. It is also a quiet place, no noise from outside.
Host Stephania is so nice and friendly, she made us feel welcome and at home. She recommended restaurant George as a nice Greek restaurant to have dinner, we went there twice and food was great. Also Ela coffee corner just in front of Araliki is nice for breakfast

The property is just 50m to the beach in the peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The suit is spacious, modern and very clean. The wi-fi is okay. There is an available free parking nearby.

Absolutely everything. The view was unlike no other and completely private, it was so peaceful and quiet, the villa itself was fully equipped and very comfortable and the host, Dimitris, was super friendly and always around to help.

Peaceful and quiet in general, although some noise from nearby roads is audible. Private parking for two cars. Mosquito nets. Plenty of hot water. Kitchen is well equipped. Everything you’ve seen on pictures in this case is true! The garden of the villa is like from fairytale, the room is clean and serviced regularly. And the private beach is just across the street with the bar and garden of the same beauty. The owner is friendly and always there to help. We absolutely enjoyed our vacation and can recommend this villa to everyone who is seeking for quiet, peaceful and beautiful place.
