Among many other positive points: the location is extremely good, easy walking distance from the railway station and from the city centre, but as it is on the other bank of the river from the main commercial streets it's a nice quiet area. Also, it's an old-world luxury hotel, not like all these enormous modern chain hotels.

Loved the location. It took 15 min to walk to the city center or 4 min to the #7 bus, which takes you to town center or the train station. The house was very clean with very cozy beds. The area is quiet, so we all slept peacefully. There is free on street parking but the street can only accommodate small vehicles. The owners gave perfect directions, and access was easy. The added touches of coffee, tea, and some snacks were an added bonus 😋.

Loved the location neatly nestled away in the Yorkshire countryside, so quiet with little disruption from neighbouring lodgers. The interior was neat and stylish with a homely feeling. Very comfortable beds in the 2 x bedrooms. The hot tub is a great asset that stayed on throughout our stay.

Absolutely amazing apartment, clean, Absolutely beautiful. Not one thing I could fault about it, even a bottle of processco on arrival, easy access. Would recommend to everyone staying in york, near city centre but also so quiet and peaceful too!

Immaculate through out. Location very good only a few mins walk away from centre. We loved the suite (25 ) we were in, so quiet and peaceful. Everything was catered for ,from kettle to washing machine with quality furniture through out. Amazing rainfall shower and luxury bath and amazing bed !! Security around and within the aparthotel was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

Very modern, clean and good facilities, good space for family of 4 with one being a baby. Hot tub big plus too. Liked how it was close to York but also in the countryside. Peaceful and quiet area especially as we visted during half term,log cabins spaced out well, Staff very friendly, rang us to let us know cabin was available early which was nice.
