Perfect location whilst I have work at a local military base. Lovely and quiet /peaceful.
I arrived early and the owner couldn't have been more accommodating.
I do plan to return with my wife at some point and a good base to explore the surrounding areas and this is a lovely quiet retreat to return to.
It was a lovely place to stay and the facilities were amazing. The chalet was set out beautifully and a lovely quiet area to rest after a busy day. The owner was very welcoming and lovely and made us feel valued. Would highly recommend and would happily stay there again in a heartbeat

Extremely well located for the air base but still quiet
The location and very quiet compared to staying at a Premier Inn. Very good size rooms with all that's needed. The host was very helpful. The room was warm and the eating area had a fridge, toaster, and kettle.
Very welcoming and friendly owner. Charming cottage with character, nice antique furniture and comfortable beds. The place was bigger and more comfortable than expected. Good location, close to important ways but very quiet.
A clean and comfortable house which was ideal for our needs. The four poster bed was a particular luxury, and was so comfortable. The shower was also great, as was the large, squishy corner sofa. The host was a lovely gentleman, very accommodating and friendly.
I had a lovely time at "The Walnuts Country House" I was surprise by the size of this lovely and charming cottage.
I prolongated my stay as the cottage was still available.
Easy access close to major roads, but in a quiet area.
The internet acces was really great and was really a plus for me as I was on a working trip. I will definitly keep this address for some of my next stay in this area.
Steve was there for my arrival to show me around. The owner are really lovely and present in case of need.
