On local bus route for St Ives to Penzance route…avoids huge problems especially with parking/access to St Ives (we visited July, high season).
Alison a friendly and attentive host who goes the extra mile to make her guests happy.

3 or 4 minutes walk down the hill to the beach.

Quiet, peaceful location.
The room was very clean and decently sized. Everything worked perfectly except a power socket, but it was reported to reception and they apologised for it. We did not enjoy the restaurant but it has a lovely view and the entire resort is stunningly gorgeous, quiet and peaceful. The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and keen to assist our queries. It is not very close to St Ives train station but the walk is enjoyable on a day with good weather. Overall excellent value for money compared to other accommodation options nearby.
The apartment was fabulous! Gorgeous decor and spacious, with a stunning view. We loved it and felt very at home. The bath was lovely and the bed very comfortable. It was a luxury apartment, very peaceful, and we could see and hear waves sitting in bed with a cup of tea. I would highly recommend it, and the restaurant next door who owns the apartment.
Everything was fantastic. Beautiful room with a lovely view over the garden Area. Christine and her staff are great hosts. The food is excellent
This Inn is set in gorgeous surroundings and countryside. Very peaceful and quiet
The location was in the countryside area of St Ives, very peaceful surrounded with greens and wildlife, very closed driving distance from:
- the UNA SPA including sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and pool
- the Trink Dairy farm producting their own milk and butter
David and Jackie were amazing hosts. The kitchenette was great with 4 plate hobs enabling to cook our own dishes.
The cottage was nice, comfortable, warm and quiet.
We will certainely book again...hopefully very soon.
