A lovely little B&B, basic and clean in a quiet residential area. Some off road parking but other easy parking in the local area. The host was very friendly. Value for money.
Good location and extremely clean and freshly decorated. Room was very small but had everything needed for overnight stay. We had room at back of hotel which was nice and quiet.

Bed was very comfortable, bathroom small, toiletries supplied, was clean, basic but great value for 1 night. We were over for a family party and it was ideal, walking distance to venue, in a lovely quiet location. Tea/coffee facilities in room
Friendly personal service in this hotel and it was in a quiet nice location with it being close to a lovely park and a nice walk to romford.
Also we had our own balcony.
Excellent value for money. Breakfast and cleaning staff really friendly and attentive. Excellent buffet breakfast. . Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Our room was really quiet and peaceful even with windows open.
