It was a good break for a family. The tennis court, badminton, snooker and swimming pool were used everyday. Pool was clean and warm and a real bonus to have it all for ourselves. All amenities were included to make our stay comfortable. Host was very helpful and answered queries quickly.
Location was very quiet and peaceful. Shops within 10 minutes drive.

Breakfast was good and the restaurant catered well for gluten free. The location was nice with the Charlecote park house and gardens on the doorstep. Was just a shame that the church was closed.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Beautiful and quirky property in a very quiet corner of Warwickshire, within a short walk to the village, or a longer stroll along the canal. I was only with them for one night but Lucie and Charlie were charming hosts and made me feel very welcome. Great views over the fields at the front of the house from the room. Lucie's freshly cooked breakfast was a lovely end to the stay.
A beautiful old house in really nice countryside. The hosts were available and attentive and we enjoyed chatting with them about the history of the house and its contents. Everything was very relaxed.
Our room overlooked the garden and the views from elsewhere were delightful given it was lambing season.
The breakfast was great!
Quaint country house with lots of character in an idyllic countryside setting. Gorgeous views from the twin bedroom. Although you don't need a tv in the bedroom when you have such lovely views on the door step, we got to enjoy watching the Wimbledon Men's final during a wet and windy afternoon! Safe parking on site. Lucie is a warm welcoming host and very accommodating. The veggie breakfast was a treat.
We had a lovely stay at Hollow Meadow House. Lucie and Charles are wonderful hosts. The house is beautiful, set in peaceful countryside with great walks from the doorstep. There are pretty villages and good pubs a short drive away. A comfortable bed, a fantastic cooked breakfast, if was the perfect place for a quiet weekend escape.
A marvellous old 17th century house in a fantastic situation with views across the countryside. Very peaceful.
