Truly magical place. Sparking clean with amazing panoramic fishtank which we loved. Great shower with built in radio :) Amazing spiral staircase that leads you upstairs. Everything spot on. Woodlands across the garden which we enjoyed. Peaceful, quiet, a real gem. Only few minutes by car to Manchester city centre. Golf course just few meters from the property. Ideal for families and groups of friends travelling. Pet friendly. Amazing people running this place. We love the place guys! Keep the good work!

Very comfortable sleep; quiet, clean and lovely bed. Not something you expect to get in such a central city location. Staff were really accommodating when I ran into some issues during check in. Decor had very luxurious feel and felt reasonably priced compared to other hotels that I've stayed in at this calibre. Housekeeping were excellent, the place was spotless.

The room was decorated beautifully and our bed super comfy, duvet not too thick as in many hotels and was able to open our window for fresh air. It was also very quiet and peaceful.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, clean crisp bedding, pretty quiet too for a Saturday night. And a fabulous selection for breakfast, from a good old English breakfast to a semi continental breakfast with bread, cheese and meats, and a selection of tinned fruit and fresh yoghurt. £7 and you can have what you want. And teas coffees and hot chocolate too. Great views over Manchester to the surrounding countryside too. Would definitely stay again!?😃👍🏻

Location is great - very central, yet quiet. At first I was a bit worried that it would be noisy as we arrived during the Easter weekend, but isolation was quite good. It was very peaceful in the room. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped, there even was EU type socket, and we were relieved as we forgot to bring the adaptor.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, going the extra mile and aiding me in returning my dress that I (very stupidly) left in the wardrobe. (Thank you!! 🙂) The room was super clean and comfortable as well as quiet, for a peaceful sleep. Location was perfect for getting around the city. We would definitely stay again when in Manchester.
