So we booked this beautiful manor house we booked the master en suite, the room was immaculate both hosts were really the hosts were lovely and respectable the made us feel so at home, please pre book a taxi if you want to go out as the waiting time was very long, so much so the host offer us a lift into Louth which was lovely of him didn't expect that at all was a lovely gesture, due to it being a quiet period we had the manor house to ourselves which was just simply bliss ,the host lit the open fire for us and set a beautiful atmosphere, we went up to the stables on site as they have horses which were so friendly, the views in and around the manor are breathtaking definitely downton Abbey feel the decor waa maticulously restored to original form. Will definitely be coming back highly recommended, the manor house is a credit to owners and the area keeping it's historic features throughout the manor.

I have stayed at the Black Horse a number of times and it just gets better each time. The owners have done a lot of work on the property, and they very helpful at all times, and food tops..

A little haven! Bramble Lodge is absolutely stunning. When Shelia opened the garden gate we both immediately said WOW! It is so quiet and peaceful. So much thought and care has gone into the garden, yurts and facilities. We wished we were staying longer and will absolutely be back!

Stayed there for the third time and had lovely quiet room overlooking garden. Very cosy, clean room with fluffy towels and clean white bed linen. I particularly like fact that it's so quiet and peaceful to get a good night sleep. Staff on reception very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful property in a picturesque location, lots of open countryside, wildlife, quiet and calm. The coach house was very clean. comfortable and well equipped. Lovely views from the windows, strolls in the grounds or walks further afield. Jessica was lovely, there to help or give advice if needed. It was nice to bump into and chat with Dorothy, a local lady who looks after the pretty little church .

Beautiful and peaceful spot for a quiet time away, we loved that we could park up and unload just outside the lodge and the parking wasn't far away. Hot tub was a brilliant bonus, two bathrooms is always helpful and the beds and sofas were comfortable. Brilliant to be able to bring the dog away as well with lovely wedding venue type walking space with little bridge and pond around the back of the buildings. The food on site was delightful, definitely recommend picking something up and eating in or taking back to your lodge for dinner.

A very quiet peaceful location, making for a relaxing stay. The host Jo-Anne was very friendly and helpful. It was a very last minute booking so was only there 2 nights but could easily have stayed a bit longer.

Wonderful breakfast prepared and cooked to order. Tim & Maggie the proprietors were so warm and friendly, it made us feel as if we were visiting family. Our room was very well decorated, very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, quiet and peaceful in beautiful countryside, yet close to Cadwell Park racing circuit that was our primary reason for staying here.
