    Quiet location, no disturbance from neighbours. Good selection of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk waiting for us on arrival. Friendly and helpful host.

    It was near where I needed to be. It was on a main road but was still very quiet. I was easily able to contact the host.  It is all very newly fitted out with plenty of equipment.

    It was amazingly fresh and clean well presented and very local to waterland in fact on the door step. Highly recommended loverly new estate very quiet and pleasant

    The flat was good for an overnight stay. Very clean. It was quiet and neighbours were very polite when we got there. There was tea/coffee etc available for us to use which was very welcome after a 5 hour drive. Towels provided in every bedroom.

    Absolute stunning property to stay at , amenities opposite or short distance kitchen amazing very quiet had spent 3 nights there 1 wasn't enough needed the break and this was ideal
