We loved staying with Hannah at the Pink House, the bedrooms are decorated beautifully and everything was considered and stylish. We enjoyed the fact that we were staying in a busy family home with a great atmosphere. We were appreciative of the kettle facilities in the landing. The only improvement would be the option of a breakfast bag with crossaint/ juice/ fruit etc or similar like self-service cereal, as although Brecon is only a 10 minute drive away, it is handy to have a breakfast option if you are out for the day and haven't factored in a visit to town. The host made it very clear that breakfast wasn't provided beforehand, so this was not a surprise and we planned accordingly. Hannah had recommended some local pubs and had dinner at the Three Horseshoes in Groesffordd which was delicious but we aware that the kitchen closes at 8pm.

**A Tranquil Escape in Wales - Highly Recommended**
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Retreat Serenity House in Wales and was thoroughly impressed. The property boasts large, spacious bedrooms that offer ample room to relax and unwind. Everything was exceptionally clean, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The setting is absolutely beautiful — tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area, perfect for a serene getaway. Whether you're looking to enjoy nature or just escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, this location is ideal.
One of the highlights of the stay was the host. They were incredibly welcoming and ensured that everything ran smoothly, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.
Overall, The Retreat Serenity House offers the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and tranquility in a stunning location.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Cosy Cottage it was, because the owners have made a big effort to make the cottage comfortable, clean, and well equipted. It has been refurbished to a high standard and has lots of character. The location is situated in a peaceful hamlet which has many interesting properties including a lovely ancient church. The location is also good for exploring the market towns, countryside and river Wye not too far away. Josh the owner popped in to see us and was very friendly and helful.
Lovely hosts, fantastic location in peaceful countryside but only a short drive to Brecon. Beautiful cottage garden, comfy beds and so quiet at night! Very clean. My fiesty little dog was welcomed too! Handy for the Brecon Park Run and hill walks with amazing views. Lots of provisions left for us, including a bottle of wine. I wanted to give 9.5 rating. Thank you both for a great stay 😊😊
I’m a hiking guy , I love this place and the farm , it’s peaceful and comfortable to stay over, if you want to get out of the city noise and you like animals, like dog and cat or the Peacock, this is the best place for you , the stuff and the owner are friendly and patient, overall i really enjoy the experience, will come back again .
A compact, comfortable and cosy studio flat with everything needed for a short break. Lovely and quiet setting overlooking the Brecon Canal and open countryside. Plentiful onsite parking.
The location was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful, exactly what my family wanted. The views were picturesque.
