Overall the best Casa Rural we have stayed at to date.
It is easy to find and beautifully restored and maintained. We loved the friendly informal welcome. The surrounding scenery and overall tranquillity are incredible. Some great hiking nearby - we walked the route from Piedramillas over the hills to Acedo with taxi return.
Superb freshly prepared breakfast including their own walnuts and figs. Delicious omelette too.
Lovely to sit out in the evening sun enjoying a cold beer from the "Bar" - essentially a fridge that you help yourself from and record what you have taken. It's then charged to your room -shop prices incidentally, no rip off.
Although no evening food available, we ate in Los Arcos, only 6k away.
We would give Casa Ioar 11 if that was possible.

One of the best accomodations I have ever experienced! Very friendly owners helping with everything! Very patient with my pure Spanish:-). Nice sleeping room, all easy equipped, modern equipments, nice room for the eating including the breakfest with the possibility of self-service from the prepared stuff, there was possible to work with a notebook, very nice architekture of the modern style hause with big windows for a nice view combined with classic style, great place on the enf ot the village, so easy parking, easy access to the highway. Stunning accommodation - beautiful bedrooms lovely bathrooms well-equipped kitchen and quiet courtyard filled with flowers and outdoor seating. A hot tub / sauna that we didn’t have time to use but looked great. Our hosts we really welcome and informative.
Set in Agoncillo, Villa Merenciana is a 20th century villa only 12 km away from Logroño. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and an oven, as well as a coffee machine.

Very nice House and property perfect for a big group
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Fantastic hospitality from the host. This is a lovely country hotel. Our evening dinner was excellent as was breakfast.
