The hotel is charming, and so is the village. I enjoyed my walk around it.

Everything was new and clean, room was great, bed was huge and comfortable, lovely shower and bathroom. Breakfast was good - bread, fruit, cheese, tea, coffee and juice. Huge room downstairs with table football, table tennis and pool, washing machine and pool in the garden.

The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
The welcome was friendly, professional and in English. Our room was spacious and quiet. The bicycles were parked in a secure garden behind a locked gate. It's possible to charge e-bikes there using an extension lead. The best thing was the info we received about riding to Plasencia and onto Béjar. The Via Verde between the two is a real cycling treat. Oh, and there's a lively restaurant just across the road.
Really warm welcome, plenty of parking, peaceful, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. What's not to like? Would recommend this Posada to anyone travelling in the area.
The place is beautiful. Cesar has made a great renovation of an historic building. He is a really nice host and provided fresh orange juice and nice things for breakfast. If you are biking or walking on the Camino, it is a perfect place to stop. The highway has very few cars and the village itself is really quiet. The beds are comfy and the rooms are beautifully decorated.
Friendly welcome from the host. We are travelling by bicycle on the Ruta de la Plata and he told us of the Via Verde from Plasencia to Bejar which is an old railway line and therefore the journey was much easier than the road. We chose the Picasso room and it was very quiet.

everything was perfect. lovely quiet well set out room with good bathroom. the host (Sonia) was very helpful, arranged lunch reservation and explained everything very patiently to two very tired peregrino’s! good food option at nearby assedor and bar. great breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and filter coffee maker! perfect!!
