THE HOST IVAN IS A VERY HELPFUL GUY THOUGH I NEVER MET HIM. I always communicated with him on WhatsApp and the communication was very good and he always replied promptly. He helped me with everything I needed. The apartment is small but for one person is ok. All amenities were there. The wifi has its own Router and it was an excellent signal. The grocery store is a 2-minute walk which was very good for me.
