Fabulous location, we were given a larger cabin than we had booked and the cabin was impeccable. Very modern facilities but with a traditional decor. The restaurant was closed but the kind gentleman at reception opened the little shop for us so we were able to buy some snacks. The views and countryside are amazing.
Featuring green gardens with a shared outdoor pool and a large, furnished terrace, Chozos Rurales El Solitario is set just off the A-66 Motorway in the countryside outside Baños de Montemayor.

We enjoyed the quirky feel of the hut. The food in the nearby restaurant was excellent value. We travelled in a low classic car so unfortunately the road down to the accommodation wasn’t suitable as there are a few humps. Great for a normal car no doubt, but we were able to park near the restaurant under a shade cover. We didn’t cook in the hut but felt there would have been suitable utensils if needed. There wasn’t a kettle that we could see but used a pan to boil water for drinks.
Located 900 metres from the centre of Hervás, these rustic apartments offer superb views of the Castañar.

The heated swimming pool was a nice surprise. The rooms were spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything you might need. Having coffee capsules was an unexpected extra. We enjoy dinner and breakfast at the terrace with a nice view of the mountains. Very quiet place. The staff was very kind and always available.

We have stayed here in the past . The house is very well equipped , very comfortable . The outdoor area is really nice to have some wine at night . No problem for parking , very secured house with an electric gate and you have access to different villages . I recommend to see the Granadilla’s castle .

This is a fantastic place, the style of the room and all the small details are very nice.
I loved the shower - finally a shower where you can clearly control where the water is coming from, and you don't have icy water drops coming from the top.
I loved the mirror with lights and heating.
It was close to everything, and there are very nice (4.8) restaurants in just some minutes walk.
Surrounded by gardens and green countryside, El Jardin del Conde is located inside and ancient Botanical Garden and offers heated rooms.

Garden view from bedroom, relaxing bath, great location for the Via de la Plata. Host cooked us dinner and gave us an early breakfast. Hand painted individual 'stamps' for our Pilgrim Credencials.

The property is set in a lovingly restored 500 year old synagogue, and has several apartments. The owners live on site and are a really friendly and interesting couple, who will go out of their way to make your experience even more memorable. Jerte is located in a beautiful part of the world surrounded by stunning natural wonders. We would certainly love to stay there again!
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Have stayed previously when travelling through Spain. Very convenient location just off the motorway but very quiet and relaxing. Basic but very clean.

In a quiet but very central location rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. A good choice at breakfast. Would recommend. Good value for money.
This is a lovely quiet Casa on the via de la plata. we
really enjoyed staying here, having changed our plan to create a shorter day tomorrow. it’s a great place
to end after 20km and the pretty village square was a wonderful place to end. the room and Casa were perfect, lovely bathroom, good space and lovely balcony over street. our host was really kind
and helpful, breakfast made a bit early at 8.00hr was worth the wait. lovely ham and breads.
Gorgeous location, quiet place, great view, fantastic to relax and simple enjoy the nature.
The staff was helpful and very kind, offered us an upgrade of the room to an apartment, what was a must in a special day like Valentines. Thanks to them for make all our moments much better.
We were very pleasantly surprised. The outside doesn't look like much, but the rooms were really comfortable and the balcony had a nice view of the countryside.
