    Easy to access. Quiet area very close to the old town. Property was immaculate and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of plugs everywhere and great WiFi. Lovely touch to have water and milk in fridge on our arrival.

    The apartment is amazing! Beautifully decorated, well equipped, most comfortable beds and pillows ever and spotlessly clean. Despite being right in the centre, the apartment is really quiet. Couldn't hear a single noise all night! Excellent communication with the owner who was extremely helpful. Many thanks! We will definitely return.

    One of the best places that I have been with Booking, and very very quiet and clean. Good location (ruralish), but at the same time easy connections to the city of Avilés. Indeed MARVELLOUS. IVÁN IS A GREAT HOST. VERY WELL ORGANISED.

    Lovely apartment near to the centre of Aviles with all the facilities we needed. It was well furnished, comfortable and clean the apartment had a living room, two double and one single bedrooms, kitchen with washing machine and bathroom. Our host met us when we arrived and was very friendly, kind and helpful. It was quiet at night. It was a great place to stay in Aviles .

    Very well kept apartment. Everything clean and new very good condition and well equipped. Light and spacious. The beds are comfortable. We liked being in this quieter neighbourhood, really handy for exploring Asturias. Lots of really good places to eat around.

    The location was excellent so near the main square but quiet at the same time I thought the bed was comfortable but my partner thought it was noisy but it wasn’t a problem Having a code to access the apartment was so handy

    The hotel's location is great, right in the city centre. The staff was very nice and gave us great tips for our travels. The room was very big and we had a very comfortable stay. The other guests were respectful and the hotel itself was quiet at night. For breakfast there is a nice and cheap place right on the same street. I would definitely recommend the place.
