Lolli and Manuel were genuinely warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and having the facility to self cater was brilliant. Although Lolli’s evening meals were a taste of true Andalusisn cooking.
Well located traditional hotel near a beautiful reservoir with plenty of nearby walking. Peaceful but just 4 km from Pozo with the excellent bar La Union.

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment. It's not the most modern but has a nice, rustic feeling matching the area. Great views from the balcony. Our host was very kind and helpful with tips about the area and sorting out any type of issue (e.g. missing garbage bags). The small swimming pool, a short walk away from the apartment, is very enjoyable for relaxing after hiking on a warm day.
The location was magical--in the woods--isolated, but close to other restaurants and shops and hiking scenery. The room was on a higher floor with good views, as requested. The grounds were well maintained. And the breakfast was excellent--all I had to do was ask, and I received! Very enjoyable and relaxing. The decor of the hotel is absolutely beautifully artistic--a reason I look for this type of hotel (with character and thoughtful attention to detail).
Amazingly friendly host, he was helpful and very kind. The location is perfect for a quiet get away- lots of hiking and nature routes right out the front door. Just a five minute drive from the little town of Arroyo Frio - full of restaurants and people coming there to eat and drink, and near to the pretty town of Cazorla for more sightseeing. Tasty but simple Spanish breakfast - tostada con tomate y jamón or jam.
Set amongst lovely woodland, well off the main road. Ideal to immerse yourself in nature. We had a room with a terrace that, when it stopped raining, gave us the chance sit peacefully and listen to the morning birdsong. A fascinating site and a lot of grounds to explore and walk around when drier.
The location was excellent if your looking to do hiking. The beds and pillows were really comfy.

We had a beautiful room and the staff was very friendly! And just for information - they have a bunch of free geese running around. We didn't mind at all, but I can imagine some people do and then would it be good to know, I guess. There is a big pool and you can go hiking or take walk in the stunning environment.
The area and accommodations are well-maintained with attention to details. The hut on the tree was very cosy and with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed nice walks and peaceful environment. Miguel was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come to stay here for longer.
