Front desk staff were great, super friendly and helpful. The hotel location was excellent. The room was quiet, spacious, clean and charming. Bathrooms were large and luxurious. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, would 100% recommend! The burger was amazing! Hotel restaurant had a super cool chill Caribbean vibe. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was definitely a treat! Great quality and variety! Don't miss the pool table down the hall from the restaurant.
Location and view of the Neuschwanstein is hard to beat. Nice balcony, free parking, compost bin. Appartment clean and well equipped. Bed comfortable. Quiet and peaceful location. A few groceries nearby. Very smooth self check in (key in a lock box). Pleasant email exchanges with the owner.
Room size excellent. Room very clean and super comfortable bed and good quality linen and towels were appreciated very much.
The hotel helped our preference for a quiet room and we stayed in the annexe.

If you are Americans expecting luxurious accommodations, then stay awayl But if you are adventuresome, and don’t mind the rather austere bedrooms, then the quiet and beauty will win you over. And the dinner was mighty tasty! Breakfast was as expected, lots of good food!
The incredible view. Proximity to restaurants in the village. A wonderful staff member who went above and beyond to help with a minor but concerning medical emergency when the host was was not available. Very quiet, peaceful surroundings.
