But, most of all - very helpful, English-speaking host - Tony! Tony, thanks a lot for your help - with all your advices on how to get to rice terrasses on my own (easy, 3 hours by a local bus), with the Li river cruise and all the rest.
Highly recommended, would stay there again, if I come back to Guilin!
I booked this hotel for my daughter. She stayed in this hotel for 4 days and she liked everything!!! The hotel is in a quiet place among the mountains!!! Wonderful room, beautiful view to the mountains from the window, very nice bed - so comfortable for sleeping 👍 Special thanks to the personnel, very kind-hearted and friendly. She is really happy to meet so nice people! Everything was wonderful in this hotel!
The hotel is well decorated, very comfortable, and has an excellent view of the surrounding karst countryside. I went primarily for the Li River but also discovered that the local area surrounding the hotel is also in a scenic area that is very beautiful and worth visiting. The hotel manager, Michelle, was very helpful in helping us visit different places, and her husband met us at the airport, took us to the ferry terminal, and much more.
Located on the outsikrt the city in the scenic area, you wake up with a spectacular mountain view.
Quiet. No busy trafic noise, excellent sleep.
The inside is decorated with ancient China furniture et decor with a traditional touch.
The personnel is nice, accommodating and very friendly.
Family owned.
Drivers available to take you around or for tours if requested.
Most pleasing expérience.

Tony is an incredible host, he really helped us in doing everything we wanted to do in Guilin! The hotel is perfectly located in a quieter area of the city, still very close to all main attractions
I don’t know if I have ever given a 10/10, but this place definately is a highlight! Went here twice. Both times I had a spacious and clean room (also in nice design). Bathroom is big with a great shower and hot water with good pressure. The staff is fabulous, speaks well English and can help with providing information on. Location is very quiet and easy to find. Close to the train station.
Very clean rooms, water and all the toiletries needed are provided. Spacious rooms / bathrooms. Staff at the reception is super friendly and helpful, they have helped us book tickets to visit Reed Flute Cave (within walking distance from the property) and gave helpful recommendations for sites to visit. Quiet location so nice for relaxing. The hotel is not in the centre of Guilin but that is not an issue as taxis to the centre are quick and cheap (10-20RMB).
Everything! The room was super beautiful with a nice view over the lake. All the propriety is really well maintained. Outside you can really relax and enjoy peaceful moments. Staff was amazing, super kind and helpful. Melody helped us to organize activities and also lunch and dinner. We really appreciate her kindness.
