Inn is located just outside the ancient city. The location is quiet and not noisy. The inn is beautiful and Instagram able! Room is very clean. We booked a family room and it is very comfortable for 3 pax. Host and staff showed warm hospitality and helped us with our transport bookings!
The historic courtyard was beautiful and in a relatively quiet spot, and the room was quite comfortable with very modern restroom facilities.
The owner was also very hospitable, helping us carry luggage up the stairs and also connected us to a driver to get to our next hotel in Lijiang. Breakfast was tasty and had quite a few options available, we particularly liked the rice noodles.

Beautiful Garden and big bedroom. Amazing service. The owner, Wang, was very welcoming and friendly.
Staff was very friendly and assisted to pick us up after we couldn't find the location on the map (google doesn't pin the place accurately). Room was spacious and clean. Although the hotel was near the Old City, it is situated off the road and was very quiet. Breakfast was simple but tasty.
Dali is a quiet place and the owner of Z.Garden is completely in tune with the place! And again: who runs the place is very kind and good at English. The hotel is absolutely silent
Loved Z Garden, a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of Dali. The staff were very friendly, room lovely, bed very comfortable, breakfast good, location great.
Owner was very friendly and approachable. Responds to requests and goes out of his way to help whenever possible.
Location was pretty good as well, as it is within walking distance to the old town. Due to above reason, this place is a good place to crash after a long day, as it is relatively quiet for you to recharge for the next day.
Lovely quiet little Inn. Excellent location walkable acrosa feom the Ancient City and the Three Pagodas and accessible by bus to the pier and the further ancient city. A family run business with very friendly and helpful staff especially the gentlemen at the front desk who was readily helpful providing assistance to plan and advise what to do and where to visit and eat. Room was big and comfortable with all you need in it. Bathroom big, Wifi good and a comfy bed. Very homely environment and clean.
