    Great location in a lively but quiet part of Curitiba. Very close to Parque Barigui where there are dozens of friendly wild capybara. The apartment was very comfortable. There is always someone at the front desk and one of them is super friendly and even gets the elevator for you! It felt like home! We had a heat wave, so it was hot, but the apartment was pretty well insulated and had good breeze (note, there is not AC in Curitiba!). The supermarket is right next door.

    The pool at the top offer a great view, and the location close to downtown but not in the middle improve the access, and Batel neighbordhood offers a quiet place to go around.

    I am a quiet, solitary person and I felt like my space was respected, but the staff were always available to help if I needed anything! The space was lovely and the dog and cat living there were very friendly :)

    Everything was very new and clean. It was quiet in the room, with no noise from other guests because of the soundproof doors and walls. We were able to reserve a parking space beforehand on the site.

    There is a lot to like about this place. It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is great, downtown, near the interesting streets, shops, and places to eat. Kitchen that allows making meals. Even though centrally located, it is very quiet, and with the blinds - it's dark during the night and early morning. The wi-fi was slow at first, but quick message to the owners solved the problem immediately, with fast wi-fi since then. Nice view of the city.
