I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Alvear very much. My room was spacious, quiet and clean. The Wi-Fi was good, and - very important - the air conditioning was working well. Also the bathroom was spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and drinks.

It was exactly what you see in the pictures. Decoration was very nice and peaceful. Confortable bed and shower. Staff explained everything very clear via Whatsapp.
Everything was functional as described. No hidden defects. I was looking for a comfy little apartment, well located in the city. I enjoyed the proximity of the Pellegrini Blvd, the little balcony, the quiet neighbors overnight. Perfect size for a single person or a couple, very functional. I would have stayed longer there if I had to !

only two blocks away from the main commercial walking street; it is pretty quiet at night without traffic noise; people are nice, they even lend movi the public transportation card; breakfast is well prepared.
Excellent, quiet apartment right near the river but easy walking distance to everywhere. Fernanda made sure my stay was confortable and that I had everything I needed. It had a well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend!
