Nice quiet location the two lads who basically run the show were fantastic they do everything including running you anywhere on the island and picking you up. The breakfast is very basic it’s not a choice breakfast it’s orange juice a fruit plate and fried eggs with toast. Coffee and tea. Rooms are basic but comfy and reflect in the price you pay. It’s within walking distance of the hustle and bustle but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Air con was really good. Comfy bed shower does it’s job but nothing outstanding.

it was really cozy, and really helpful staff. u could find everything there, to do snorkeling. or to relax on the beach. i loved the bungalow.
The location, right on the beach. Even if we had a garden side bungalow, this is also on the beach, you see the sea when you get up and get out of the room! It is cosy, good matress, big bathroom, silent ac, all you need for a good stay on the beach in wonderful Koh Lipe.

It was a great experience. The bungalows had a cozy and authentic vibe with a vintage touch. The restaurant area offered stunning views of the sea and was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were helpful and attentive, they made every effort to assist me with my needs. The transfer services provided by the hotel were reasonably priced and straightforward. Overall, my stay was smooth and hassle-free, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
You can't get any closer to the pier/dock when you arrive in Ko Lipe then Charming Lipe Villa. Room was clean, AC worked well and the staff were friendly. I stayed here twice and both times, both the room and bungalow were nice size and comfortable
