This is by far the most beautiful accommodation that I ever booked. The wonderful, idyllic, charming, enchanting house (do I need to go on?) made us feel so good! The hosts, Rita and Karl (who live nextdoor) are super friendly. We found a lot of goodies (beer, chips, eggs, cheese etc) in the kitchen for us to use. I am a home chef and I like to cook my favorite meals. This is not always easy due to the lack of the right “tools”. This kitchen, however, had everything I need. There is no television but with an enchanting view from every single window, you don’t even want the distraction of a TV. We only stayed for two days….., wish we had booked for more!

It is an older house kept in the state of the 60s/70s, but perfectly equipped for that style, wood oven and wood, plus washing and dish washing machines and air conditioner. Site is marvellous, 2 other house and a barn. We had 360 degree Nordic lights around us.

The house is equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. We were 6 adults and one 4 year old and could easily arrange so that everyone had his/her own space. The sauna is large enough for 3 adults and a nice features on cold days. Communication with the host was easy, direct and quick. By car it takes approx 10 minutes to Lødingen, where you can find the essentials (supermarket, liquor store, doctor, pharmacy etc.).
