White walls and floor, clean and spaceful bathroom. Again, it was completely unexpected 😅 Landlady even offered me traffic-coupons for my SIM-card due to Wi-Fi wasn't working!

We stayed for one night, room was clean, had a tv, all the towels, all small details were good. we had a good sleep, morning was a nice breakfast with family.

Nilanthi even helped me a great deal to organise a lunch party to my relatives. We parted as friends and we will definitely stay at Villa Kresilda on our next visit to Gampola. Loved the Garden and outdoor dining.

Breakfast is included and it's great, home made. I had lunch too which was sumptuous, like a feast and all very nominal in price. The room is on a slope/hill, so the view from the balcony outside the room is nice with a lot of trees.

There is nothing we didn't like about Stone Cottage. Beautiful Decor, Clean premises, Amazing landscaping, a very friendly and helpful caretaker and the added benefit of an amazingly sweet and friendly dog.
