This is a dream. :) Lovely guesthouse and horse farm with spacious and cozy cottages. I wish we would stay longer. It is all furnitured and decorated with love, the cottages has windows all around so you have a beautiful view everywhere you look. Horses behind the windows make it even more romantic. The bed are very comfy, the kitchen is fully equiped, there is really all you need even for a long stay. We loved it.
An incredibly charming house and idyllic nature around with beautiful views. The hot tub was the absolute highlight. Unfortunately, the view when you sit in it is blocked by the wooden panels and the small windows in it are much too high, so you have no view from inside the jacuzzi; was definitely the only drawback. It is very quiet and there are no immediate neighbors. In summer you can enjoy the midnight sun and dine outside on the terrace in good weather conditions. Be sure to use the barbecue. We can hardly wait to come back. Thank you 💛
Absolute recommendation :) Very cosy and clean accommodation in the middle of the beautiful and remote countryside. The staff are also very friendly and professional. The jacuzzi and sauna were a welcome relaxation in the evening. We liked it here so much that we stopped here for another night on our unplanned return journey through the south.
Super cozy cabin located close to many attractions in the golden circle. Equipped with everything you need and run by a very capable and kind host. The hot tub proved to be amazing, especially for bad weather days

The cottage vibe of the surroundings was cosy. It's always pleasant to know you're in a detached cabin with no neighbours to worry about. The mountain views were stunning.
Gorgeous cosy cabin. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub on a clear night looking at the stars and then the Northern Lights came out for us too!!! Well equipped self catering kitchen which is definitely needed as it's too far from anywhere to eat out. Stunning sunsets and sunrise.
beautiful cabin, totally relaxing, well equipped and in a great location. The views are amazing and the hot tub fantastic! We cooked each evening, the kitchen all works well and the supermarket in Selfoss was an easy stop before arriving at the cabin. It’s cozy, romantic and a pretty special place
We stayed in a bungalow/cottage, very cute, in the middle of the countryside. Beautiful views. We loved the hot tub with a fantastic view on the meadows and the horses grazing. Quite an experience! It is nice that you can cook in the bungalow, even if the „kitchen“ and table are small. Our cottage was very cosy, had big windows and we felt comfortable on a rainy day.
Very friendly and helpful owner. House is cute and a bit in Swiss cottage style (everything from wood). Located on a nice dairy farm. Owners had planted lots of trees around the 2 holidays homes, giving privacy and also a cosy and sheltered feeling to the house. The house is not big, but everything we wanted was there. The house has a private hot tub and a veranda with a gas barbecue. If you like old (farming) machines: the farm has a barn full of restored old tractors and also a WW2 jeep, (almost) a museum.
