Hot tubs are super nice, the room is very clean and cosy, it’s located perfectly to go to Húsavík or the Myvatn area.
I loved the cosy ambience of the room, the delicious breakfast spread with lots of variety, and the hotel's scenic and serene surroundings. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The presence of two hot tubs nestled between the buildings was convenient and relaxing.
A place that has it all. Amazing location, spacious room, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff, included hot tubs and a sauna! The restaurant offers food from local ingredients as well as their own beer, which is a must-try!
A cosy and warm room - the location was excellent for our travels around the area. In hindsight we should have booked one of the individual cottages so as to have more space. The breakfast was excellent and the facilities in the shared kitchen area were really good.
Great location, actually within the Dimmuborgir lava field. We were the only people there (off season) and were treated to awesome northern lights views. Cosy cabin.

The cottage is very cozy with floor heating, two bedrooms and all necessary equipment for the kitchen. The staff is also very friendly and available to assist anytime from a nerby hotel. Appretiate the calm surroundings as well. Great place to watch the northern lights.
We found our hut fantastic: facing some kind of lava field, just a few minutes away by car to the main highlights, clean, comfortable and sweet. Bathroom located in an other building and kitchen shared with (too) many people, fortunately compensated by the charming cabin. Had smoked trout and black bread at breakfast, that we added extra and enjoyed. The cabin made our stay memorable.
mesmerizing beautiful location right at the lake. the cabins are cozy and offer all facilities needed for a stay in the countryside. generous breakfast-buffet and very forthcoming staff that helps you with everything.
